A very pretty and intimate wedding in Umbria
A small but sweet wedding in Umbria far, far away tucked away in the Umbrian hills. This was a very pretty and intimate wedding tucked away in the mountains of our lovely Umbria. Surrounded by nothing but rolling green hills and big skies Tenuta di Casa Bruciata is a hidden gem and perfect for anyone looking to escape all the hype that goes with a wedding. Here you can have complete privacy and peace. It’s a fabulous place to completely relax and very child-friendly with loads of space to run mad or just lie back and enjoy the stunning views.
“If you live to be 100, I want to live to be 100 minus one day so I never have to live without you”
Winnie the pooh.
Simone and James exchanged vows outside in the garden with close friends and family and the smallest little ring bearer I have ever met, but the poor little man wasn’t too happy about been woken from his nap to carry out his duties. The bridesmaids reading was very sweet and brought on a few tears. It was a simple and very beautiful ceremony no fuss no stress a few drops of rain but not enough to dampen all the lovely relaxed vibes.
“If ever there is a tomorrow when we’re not together there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is even if we’re apart I’ll always be with you.”
Winnie the pooh.
A wander around the grounds gave us some very pretty backdrops for photos followed by aperitifs and speeches in the garden. I won’t say more because I don’t feel the need, the photos speak for themselves, it was very relaxed and easy-going I felt I just blended right in with all that landscape and the lovely people. A big thanks to these beautiful people especially for letting me do my own thing. Grazie tanto a Luigi e tutta la sua fantastica squadra alla Tenuta di Casa Bruciata, I’m looking forward to seeing you all this season, bring on 2020!
